• Communicate effectively and contribute to the companys values and culture
• Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer service and promoting our Personal Development products.
• Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing positive happy attitude
• Support your team members to success by guiding them
• Be prepared to understand and execute backofhouse paperwork and procedures
