Opportunity Looking for a role where you can utilise your sales experience in a new industry? Without any prior experience, you can join the recruitment industry and earn in excess of $150k per year on a generous starting salary of $75k + super. The job entails working with existing clients, engaging with new clients, as well as managing and converting a flow of leads that come in on a weekly basis and providing a tailored recruitment service. Each month should see you earning over $2k just for hitting the minimum target. Current staff regularly earn over $15k each month in commission. You will be a part of a fun, vibrant, energetic team, who all feed of each other's energy in the office. There is regular team incentives and team building activities and the company has the focus of keeping a happy and enjoyable workplace to ensure best results. Your Experience The beauty of this role is that you do NOT need any specific industry experience. All you need is experience within ANY form of sales, where you have been responsible for adhering to individual sales targets/KPI's and therefore you are generating opportunities, pitching, presenting and closing.
