Job Description - Sales Development Manager

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specialized in indirect sales, adept at managing channel partners, consultancy firms, and system integrators for managed services. The ideal candidate will possess 7-8 years of proven success in cultivating relationships, achieving sales targets, and navigating market dynamics.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an indirect sales strategy, emphasizing system integrators and consultancy firms as key partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with top executives at partner organizations, ensuring commitment to promoting our services.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales enablement materials and programs.
  • Train system integrators on our service portfolio to ensure effective engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategy.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure post-delivery customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Customer Success Team.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7-8 years of indirect sales experience, preferably in managed services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through system integrators and consultancy firms.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset for market trend analysis and identifying business opportunities.
