This role will sit within their ANZ and US team joining the launch of one of the world’s largest email marketing platforms global programs. This role is designed for a Sales enablement specialist/ Sales Trainer who enjoys coming up with business improvement practices, for the greater good of your business. Benefits Even though this is a 12-month contract (Hybrid 2 days in office), you will have the opportunity of extension and/ or may transfer to FTE. Offering a daily rate equivalent to $140K + super. Your job will fast-paced environment filled with highly motivated sales team members who are all fueled by the passion to succeed. What Will You Be Doing? You will play a pivotal role in onboarding new sales staff, facilitating training sessions, and developing content to support ongoing learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with various teams globally to ensure alignment with our sales objectives and provide valuable insights to drive performance improvements. Facilitate onboarding sessions for new sales staff using a blended approach of Instructor-led and Computer-Based Training. Provide project and change management support for deployments across new geographies or business units. Develop Instructor-led Training (ILT) content and collaborate with Instructional Designers on ongoing content development. Coach sales staff on effective execution of selling skills, product knowledge, and processes. What Will You Bring? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Advanced facilitation and coaching abilities. Ability to think strategically and manage complex dynamics. Ability to work autonomously with provided guides and workflows. Full dedication to the project for 9-12 months, approximately 40 hours per week.
