Job Description

• Respond to RFPs within 48 hours and maintain accurate records in the Daily Sales Report.
• Convert leads and opportunities for group business, including conferences, weddings and social events.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts using Opera Sales and Event Management.
• Conduct site inspections to showcase the resort to potential clients.
• Coordinate all aspects of conference and events, from inquiry to confirmation and post-event follow up.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients and event managers for a seamless planning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and event management
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
