Responsibilities: Higher studies in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, and/or amercial discipline, preferred but not essential. Engage decision makers and buyers at Key Account & Corporate Customers through direct representation at the operational site level. Take ownership of portfolio sales and margin performance versus targeted growth expectations. Build and manage an opportunity pipeline that delivers sustainable short-, medium- and long-term growth in the value of RS as a supplier to chosen accounts. Use provided tools to record planned andpleted customer visits, as well as objectives and oues specific to each account and opportunity. Work collaboratively with State Manager, Corporate Account Managers and internal teams to drive sales initiatives within select customers. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging customer-focused presentations on the benefits of RS as a preferred supply partner and solution provider. Develop a sound knowledge of thepany, its practices, and systems. Requirements: 5+ years Field Sales experience is essential, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious growth targets. Must be highly organised, self-motivated and driven by results. Key account management and broadermercial exposure and awareness.
