What would a day look like?

You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives

You will be learning about the models and their features

You will learn about customer’s needs, customer service expectations, and the overall decision making process Delivering exceptional customer service; whilst meeting the customer satisfaction targets

You will be trained on our KPI’s and how to reach those KPI’s in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up! Achieving individual sales KPI's

Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn; earn great money.

About you:

Prior experience in a sales position with KPI’s will be highly regarded but not essential. We will consider all industries for the right candidate!

You must have a true passion for the Hyundai brand

You will be exceptionally well spoken, where customer service is paramount

You will love establishing and building customer relationships

You must be comfortable with negotiating

Current NSW Driver’s License

Must be able to work weekends & an 11 day fortnight
