About you

We want someone who is an inspirational manager that:

• is energetic and passionate and can drive sales to exceed the targets
• has demonstrated experience managing a retail store and driving sales
• has demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching and mentoring staff
• has fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
• has the ability to use their experience to up-sell our products with customers
• is a team player who will help the team achieve its sales targets
• able to identify the opportunities for improvement within the store
• Available to work a Wednesday - Sunday roster

The role

You will be responsible for:

• Set, communicate and execute the store strategy to deliver year on year growth.
• Monitor and analyze financial targets and implement necessary changes for improvement.
• Ensure the store is effectively staffed for seasonal peaks and troughs.
• Oversee and effectively manage total store operations, including opening and closing activities
• Effectively manage all people management activities in accordance with company practices.
• Build a high performance and safe work culture within the store.
• Lead by example and provide a great customer experience with a high level of sales skill
