We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As an experienced regional manager, you already have a strong understanding of the sales environment and have lead sales teams across a regional portfolio to consistently achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will be able to leverage their knowledge and experience to develop targeted sales and service strategies that meet the needs of our aged care clients. You'll impart your sales behaviours and knowledge to the regional sales team, driving daily sales activity that meets the behaviour KPIs. Your consistent leadership approach will provide the environment to meet weekly and monthly sales targets in your region. Key Responsibilities: Possessing deep knowledge of Care Community offerings and value proposition Engaging with customers on their sales journey Monitoring and improving sales performance across the region. Monitoring and analysing sales team member performance data and provide recommendations for improvement Providing leadership, training and development to the regional sales team Preparing weekly sales activity priorities, based on Salesforce reports and dashboards Monitoring progress against sales targets and ensuring service level targets are met Identifying and developing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Aligning with General Managers on daily sales practice requirements and action planning Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-focused strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of relevant funding requirements, regulations and industry standards an advantage Experience with Salesforce highly desirable.
