About the role Our business team is engaging, fast-paced and constantly evolving and we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role supporting our B2B business. You will influence sales performance through the development, creation and continuous improvement of key sales metrics and targets; supporting leaders with forecasting and budgeting for their categories; enhancing our reporting, analysis, and insights capabilities; and leading key sales cadence activities through sales meetings and communications out to the teams.  You will work to understand sales operations, processes and how are customers engage with us to aid our teams to identify performance improvement opportunities more efficiently, highlighting the considerations and challenges through effective reporting and analysis. This role partners closely with our B2B leaders to ensure we have the controls, governance, and data to inform and aid our leaders to make key business decisions and enhance the experience for our business customers. We offer great flexibility, with a hybrid working environment working 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder of the week at home if you choose. As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will: Work with the Business Performance Manager in the development, continual improvement, maintenance, and communication of tools, reporting and analysis which aid individual team members with their performance and maximising opportunities, and inform team managers and the broader organisation of sales performance. Identify, develop, and maintain data quality controls and improvement processes associated to support customer management, performance targeting and customer experience. Play a leading role in the creation, distribution and allocation of targets to sales team members, including full alignment to overall business targets. Partner with our Sales leadership team to guide and facilitate business forecasting across the various channels, challenging the outcomes and opportunities. Support in the development of a long-term strategy for business performance reporting, including KPI development across key business platforms, working with supporting functions including Marketing, IT and Finance. Support improved performance outcomes and Salesforce adoption by developing consistency in key reporting and performance metrics for use by sales management within the platform, thereby improving visibility across the sales team.  About you You will have demonstrated experience within a B2B Sales environment, with an understanding of sales processes. You will also have an analytical and inquisitive mind to support our sales leaders, to inform processes, sales performance, metrics, and controls.  You challenge the status quo and look at all things from the customer lens when developing or implementing improvement initiatives, keeping in mind the customer experience at each touch point.  In addition, you will have: Strong stakeholder management with the ability to foster strong working relationships using a proactive, forward-thinking mindset to challenge and influence. A solution focused approach, with ‘out of the box thinking’ keeping the customer experience front of mind. Solid experience in accurate forecasting and target setting processes. Experience working with data and analytics including reporting tools and ability to translate requirements between sales and IT. Salesforce experience is a must with exposure to reporting tools (SAP BW and Power BI) a bonus.
