Job Description - Sales Order Processing Manager - with Growth Opportunities

About the Role As the Sales Order Processing Manager, you will manage the Sales & Operations team to govern all aspects of Sales and Operation in the relevant areas and systems. Reporting directly into the Head of Supply Chain, you will manage the timely and accurate processing of retailer sales orders, invoicing, deliveries and retailer returns and along with maintaining a high performing team that delivers excellent customer service in relation to retailer inquiries and orders.This position will allow for you to make an impact like never before. Our iconic brand will provide an incredible platform for your success and our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will help bring the best out of you, every day.Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-Work in multi-functional teams as the leader of the SOP functionDeal and respond to queries/issues and providing appropriate support mechanisms to ensure a robust and compliant system performanceProvide technical expertise and, where required, leadership to the business on projects/initiatives involving assessment, design, development, and implementation of SOP systemsAlways take a best practice approach to SOP processes whilst remaining audit compliantTake responsibility for approval of system documentation, including testing; ensuring this complies with regulatory requirementsLiaise with Supply Chain for ongoing issues with live operationsLiaise with other departments of the ANZ market to ensure an optimised, effective, and efficient SOP operationOversee implementation of any global change requests arising from deployments or supportLead a team of order-processing for B2B and B2C sales orders, including EDI, bulk orders, store staff sales and internal customers (e.g. Marketing) and assist with training new staffManage retailer inquiries relating to placement of orders, confirmation of orders, delivery, promotions, product and other related mattersManage the processing of stock returns from retailersAlways act in the best interests of Dyson and ensure that issues are dealt with and resolved quickly, escalated where necessaryBalance the team work load through the week to ensure all team members have equal work load and varietyIdentifying efficiencies and improvements to improve the service levels and effectiveness of the sales support functionUp selling of products to retailers when requiredLiaise with sales and manage retailers when orders exceed the credit limitLead the investigation and process claims for late delivery, damage and losses by couriersManage, develop and provide clear reporting on Sales, Returns and other activitiesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have exceptional leadership, prioritisation, analytical and customer service skills. You are a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has the ability to work closely with sales team members with end to end responsibility.Previous skills & experience:-Experience of SAP Sales Order Processing is a must, Discrepancy Processing, Pricing, Billing and EDI solutionsExceptional leadership, prioritisation, analytical and customer service skillsERP system: SAP/S4 Hana (Required)SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (Preferred)Excel, VBA and PowerPoint (Required)Microsoft Visualisation Power BI (Preferred)BenefitsAt Dyson, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
