Your role will involve training and developing external stakeholder groups and sales teams in the use of specialised finance tools, reviewing and managing credit limits, and conducting regular customer visits to deliver finance solutions aligned with their business needs. Additionally, you will participate in industry events, and continuously develop your business acumen and knowledge of industry products.The CandidateA Finance, Business, or Agriculture related degree is desirable but not essential, with demonstrated experience selling financial solutions in the industries (agriculture, construction, and commercial assets). You will possess strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.A high level of computer and software literacy and confident communication skills are essential.
