The Role
We are looking for a full-time Senior ERP Technical Business Analyst to lead and guide the technical and functional team in guiding the implementation during projects. The role will be based in Sydney, NSW and will be responsible for technical and functional activities, control of requirements gathering, solution design, integration mapping, data migration, BI reporting, 3rd party file transfer, and application enhancement for our Sydney office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, HR, finance, security, compliance) to develop analysis and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuingly and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Technology or a related field of study
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the design and implementation of business analysis strategy
- In-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- A working knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle HCM Cloud is a must
- Excellent writing, communication and negotiating skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to motivate team.
- Ability to travel within ANZ region as needed
