Are you ready to make a difference? We're currently hiring for our next Senior Sales Consultant for our Liverpool outlet store.

The WHAT?

This opportunity is for 21 hours per week, working over the following roster; Monday: 9:45am - 6:15pm, Thursday: 4:15pm - 9:15pm and Sunday: 9:45am - 6:15pm

As a team member, you will

• Act as a keyholder, with higher duties including opening and closing of the store and running the floor when required
• Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified
• Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
• Thoroughly understand the customer's needs, we consult our customers as experts in the field to share our knowledge and find the best fit
• Participate in the success of the store, through providing excellent customer experience, merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators
• Be an active part of the team, embodying the team model and CORE values

To be successful you will need:

• An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective relationships.
• Exceptional customer service skills. 
• Previous experience working in retail ideal
• Attention to detail, can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly.
