Our Workplace Risk service offering continues to evolve as the Workers’ Compensation landscape changes and our client’s seek greater innovation in people risk. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices. What the day will look like We are looking for a talented Workers’ Compensation professional to continue to grow our Workplace Risk portfolio by working with our existing clients, internal stakeholders and engaging with new clients. Based in Melbourne Victoria, you will have a genuine impact in this Sales Manager position by delivering outstanding results and growing our existing relationships. With an established background in growth, sales and Workers’ Compensation you will bring your wealth of experience and drive to this role. You will be responsible for: Developing and executing a market leading growth plan Identifying solutions for our clients to reduce their risk exposure through targeted intervention strategies Acting as Executive Steward on a small number of ‘house’ accounts and setting the strategic direction for sustainable performance improvement Developing and maintaining a growth pipeline and looking strategically at opportunities for the cross-sell of products, services and risk solutionsto both existing and potential clients Engaging with potential clients throughnetworking, referrals,pro-active marketing, presentations,cold-callingand any other methods Active engagement with the Aon colleague network, to identify and foster new prospect opportunities How this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
