Join Our Team as a Virtual Sales Leader! Are you ready to lead and drive performance with our Virtual Sales team? Based in Sydney, we have an exciting leadership opportunity! We're looking for a dynamic individual to establish, build, and grow customer relationships while generating new business through outbound campaigns. As our Virtual Sales Leader, you'll play a crucial role in developing and evolving our sales strategy, collaborating with other Sales leaders, and coaching and mentoring our team to ensure sales success. Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to : You will develop and evolve the Virtual Sales strategy for the Pacific Zone and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve yearly sales targets. Additionally, you will partner with business leads to expand customer value, base, and revenue, build strong relationships with Sales Directors/State managers, and coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. You will also collaborate with marketing and offer teams to align sales strategies with business objectives, utilize CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions, and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will also be a part of your responsibilities. About You We’re not looking for just anyone, we never have.
