About the role

Searson Buck have a great opportunity for a driven and self-motivated Account Manager to join our North & Northwest team and help grow and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across the engineering, technical services, and blue-collar sectors.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Experience in a client-facing role, delivering exceptional account management, business development or similar
• Excellent communication skills and confidence with an ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships
• The ability to think creatively to identify opportunities for the business and to create solutions for our customers
• Strong safety and continuous improvement mindsets
• Highly developed negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
• Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
