Excited to be partnering with a Hobart-based company who are a leading Tasmanian institution within their sector. They are on the hunt for an Account Manager to join their warm and friendly team.


Your new role


As a Business Relationship Manager, you'll build and develop strong relationships with clients and customers. Your goal is to create a positive brand reputation in the marketplace while exceeding sales targets. You'll be the initial point of contact, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Your ability to recognise customer needs and resolve potential issues will be crucial. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Research products/services and guide clients toward optimal financial decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and
• Upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services.

What you'll need to succeed


To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to pivot and adapt your workload and manage different personality styles as well as the following attributes;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and conflict resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Confidence and subject matter expertise.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
