Aged Care Physiotherapist

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic full-time Physiotherapist who is excited to join team at a prestigious, luxury aged care facility in Perth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for residents.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Educate staff, residents, and families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
• Utilise innovative approaches to improve resident outcomes and enhance overall well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy.
• Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Previous experience in aged care or geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults.
