About the role

Open to well-rounded architects willing to grow their leadership skills and demonstrate the delivery of superior projects, that can:

• Drive our ethos of shaping places that directly and positively influence people, communities and prosperity,
• Apply knowledge of construction regulations using the BCA and Australian Standards,
• Perform research and analyse site data with a critical mind,
• Apply creative imagination and conceptual thinking to generate unique design solutions,
• Create presentations and communicate to stakeholders,
• Develop designs through to documentation and construction using current building procurement methods,
• Collaborate and communicate within teams, clients and consultants to drive results,
• Manage projects from beginning to end, including inspection of sites and ensure project is compliant with standards and to specification,
• Adhere to management systems to ensure quality of the project is achieved.

About you

You would have completed your Masters of Architecture in Australia and have professional local experience working within teams across design or construction phases that demonstrate:

• Ability to exercise the skills and competencies commensurate with your experience,
• Capacity for critical thinking, understanding business, making complex decisions, creating the new and different,
• A drive for results, taking initiative, managing execution, focus on performance and accountability,
• Respect for people, building cooperative relationships, optimising diverse teams, influencing people,
• Act with integrity, be self aware, authentic, open, flexible and adaptable.
