Role Summary:

As the BIM Lead , you'll lead the BIM team, create and distribute sufficiently coordinated models and produce dimensionally accurate design documentation to the project team. Coordinating consultant data exchanges of the 3D model and supporting files. Your collaborative spirit will be key as you work closely with our broader bid writing team to secure new opportunities and drive ADP's growth.

On a personal level, excellent communication skills and results focused, conscientious and detailed approach is critical as is a positive and pro-active approach to your work.

Your Mission:

• Train and develop ADP's Modelling staff
• Audit ADPs current BIM practices and report on sensible areas of investment and training.
• Work with the Management Executive and the BIM Manager to implement agreed changes.
• The role we’ll be working and taking responsibility for some large and exciting complex projects
• Conduct yourself as a leader in the business

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering digital BIM services for a consultancy firm as outlined above
• Typically, 10+ years relevant professional BIM experience across the full project lifecycle and responsibility for delivering projects.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information of a complex nature both verbally and in writing with all stakeholders across multiple disciplines including colleagues and clients
• Lead, manage and affect change and handle ambiguity
• Demonstrate political savvy with team members and clients
• Exercise problem solving skills and use substantial initiative and judgement to work independently to meet objectives
• Consistently produce accurate work without errors
• Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback.
