About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager (Based in Port Hedland) to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The successful candidate will be support, develop and maintain an effective rental & product strategy to ensure that NPE is the supplier of choice and positioned to achieve targets and meet market expectations. The incumbent will lead operations to its maximum potential within respective budgetary requirements to create a successful, stand-alone business unit. And will work in a consultative, efficient manner with internal and external stakeholders to secure and deliver NPE products and services in a timely, safe and profitable manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and sustain professional business relationships and achievement of operations P&L expectations.
  • Responsible for the effective and timely deployment and recovery of all company assets within your region.
  • Implement the selection and mobilisation of equipment for various projects and ensure it is of the highest standard possible for designated sites.
  • Choose correct personnel and equipment to ensure requirements are met to carry out site works.
  • Adhering to delivery deadlines to achieve installation dates/deadlines.
  • Ensure that any contractors engaged have been approved and completed all mandatory entry requirements prior to commencing work.
  • Proactively liaise with our technical and operational support teams to maintain the NPE team environment and continue to strive for quality outputs.
  • Promote the enchancement of customer satisfaction through implementation of new strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Assist in the development and management of business processes and tools.
  • Plan, identify, define and monitor asset availability, inventory levels and standard products.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, including competitor and client activities.
  • Continually promote company values, policies and procedures in a positive light and lead by example.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to policies and procedures and uphold company values to maintain a positive, safe workplace culture.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
  • Knowledge of equipment and plant range, or similar transferrable knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage outcomes and expectations with senior business leaders and key stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Proven leadership ability to develop, empower and motivate employees.
  • Management of P&L and budgets
  • Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor
  • Results driven, solutions focused and highly organized.
  • Strong analytical capability
  • A demonstratable business acumen, with the ability to operate in a highly entrepreneurial manner.
  • Excellent and recognizable negotiating and communication skills
