Our Client is an award-winning design, development, and construction company specialising in landmark boutique Residential & Commercial projects across Southeast Queensland. Due to continued growth, the company is looking for a passionate & vibrant Branding Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Directors of this prestigious company, the ideal candidate will have great creativity, and attention to detail. Our client is seeking someone who can work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment. A background in property is desired but not essential.
Key Responsibility of the Role:
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
- Create marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters) that resonates with our audience
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify target audiences
- Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and ROI, making adjustments for continuous improvement
- Manage all branding and marketing for our sectors, Design, Development & Construction
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, as well as utilizing funnels
- Take ownership of our social media presence across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). We'd love you to develop and post engaging content to increase follower growth and brand awareness
- Create high-quality blog content that educates and informs our target audience
- Manage video production, including filming, editing, and posting reels, short-form, and long-form content
- Craft compelling ad copy and review ad performance for optimal results
- Implement SEO best practices to improve our website's organic reach
- Lead branding initiatives
- Collaborate with external vendors on PR opportunities
- Develop and maintain graphic design elements for various marketing materials
Skills and experience required: - A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preferred - but not necessary)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- A creative mindset and a knack for storytelling.
- Experience with social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing (or the ability to learn it quickly).
- Experience in marketing or a similar role will be looked upon favourably but is not required
