The Role

GKR Transport are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support their clients and manage sales activities. The Business Development Manager’s role is to support new business opportunities for GKR in Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities.
• Understand GKR customers and develop opportunities for the correct strategic fit for the business.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and potential customers and continue to meet customer requirements.
• Understanding the current Transport market
• Site and customer visits across Perth areas

Key Requirements

• Ability to develop business through networking and developing relationships.
• Proven track record of converting leads to sales.
• Sales experience in the Transport Industry
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role .
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Solid experience with software programs.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude 
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Positive mindset and attitude at all times.
