About the role

As part of your role as ICT Business Partner you will actively be engaging with one or more client segments to ensure ICT products and services are perfectly aligned to achieve the business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for managing relationships across the comprehensive ICT interface within one or more client segments to enhance the client experience.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the business operations and strategic direction of one or more client segments.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement within one or more client segments through the provision of ICT products and services.
• Actively manage ICT service delivery to agreed service levels and initiate actions to maintain or improve these levels for one or more client segments.
• Provide assistance to stakeholders within one or more client segments to initiate required ICT service delivery.
• Contribute actively to a learning organisation by:
  • Maintaining awareness of technological advancements;
  • Ensuring skills and competencies remain relevant;
  • Demonstrating "team-player" behaviors through the sharing of skills and knowledge; and
  • Fostering a professional network.

Requirements

• Advanced consulting skills to understand the business strategy within client segments and position ICT products and services to support their strategic business outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both oral and written, to promote effective relationship and delivery management, maximising client service.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of current and future ICT trends and their application in a large, complex business environment.
• Understanding of and commitment to the company's values and behaviours.
