Raw Bar is renowned for its fresh, sustainable and innovative Japanese dishes, extensive beverage menus and outstanding service.

We are looking for a qualified Chef to join our team.

Wage offered: $75,000 to $80,000

Hours: 38 hours per week (full time)

How to apply: 

Qualifications required: Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV. At least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.

Work experience required: 2 years working in a similar size restaurant.

Job description:

1) Develop menu

2) Monitor food costs and ensure profitability

3) Order stock from suppliers

4) Manage entire kitchen operations

5) Provide training to staff

6) Communicate and train staff on daily specials

7) Food safety storage

8) Develop efficient operational procedures for all staff

9) Manage customer complaints

10) Prepare and cook food

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
