This role is pivotal in leading the day-to-day operations, calling for an individual who is personable, reliable and resilient to the dynamic nature of a newly formed team and clinic. You and the team will enjoy all the bells and whistles that come with a newly built clinic, including incredible machines, systems and facilities. This position is a manageable blend of leadership and being on the tools, with dedicated time for admin and solid support structures around you. The Role Manage daily workforce requirements including effective staff rostering, annual leave planning etc as per business needs. Manage, develop, and mentor staff and provide clinical guidance. Ensure outstanding service delivery and provide supervision of the day-to-day management of the medical imaging department. Provide quality improvement initiatives and review and refine work practices to improve clinical and financial outcomes. Perform routine and specialised medical imaging procedures to the highest professional standards as required. About You Previous experience leading a team within Medical Imaging field - or demonstrated drive to achieve in this space. AHPRA registration and relevant radiation licence (or ability to obtain) Hunger for excellence, desire for a challenge and passion for achieving. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including patients, staff and referrers.
