The portfolio of work they deliver is specific to commercial new build/fit out and refurb in the Brisbane. Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact and represent the client's interests throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Oversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of high-end commercial projects in Sydney.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, architects and consultants to ensure project objectives and client requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines and resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards and profitability targets.
• Lead the procurement process, including tendering, contractor selection and contract negotiations, to secure optimal value and resources for the project.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide regular updates to clients on project status, budget and schedule.
• Manage and resolve any project-related conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Client-Side Project Manager, with a focus on high-end commercial assets.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects valued at $100 million and above, specifically in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and industry best practices in the construction industry.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling and resource management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of design and construction processes, as well as experience working closely with architects and design teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field.
