The Position

We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager based in Canberra with exceptional commercial skills and a background in the Defence Industry. This role falls within our Service Delivery Team, where you will offer commercial advisory consulting services to our valued clients. If you lack consulting experience, don't worry-we're here to help you develop those skills.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone well-versed in Defence procurement, sourcing, contract development, and contract management.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Familiarity with the Defence Procurement Policy Framework, Commonwealth Procurement Rules, and the ASDEFCON suite.
• Humanistic Approach: High emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit.
• Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• NV1 Clearance.

Desirable Abilities:

• Defence Maritime, Land, or Air Capability (sustainment or acquisition) experience.
• Above-the-Line Support directly to the Commonwealth.
