WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

In this role, you will manage and optimise product listings on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Catch, and MyDeal, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and consistent. You will enhance product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates. By monitoring marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, you will identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product management teams is essential to develop and execute effective marketplace strategies and promotions. You will analyse marketplace data and performance metrics to track sales, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will handle customer enquiries, feedback, and reviews professionally and promptly, and coordinate inventory management and fulfilment processes to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Staying current with industry best practices, platform updates, and ecommerce trends is crucial to maintaining a competitive edge.

YOU WILL NEED...

• 2+ years' experience in eCommerce / Marketplace Management
• The desire to work with large budgets
• A strong understanding of marketplace best practices
• Basic SEO skills - On-Page is essential
• A passion for copywriting
• To be data-driven and be able to draw conclusions for numbers
• Expert level skills across analytic tools
