Summary:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, responsible for implementing and assisting the team with global brand strategy. This role includes driving brand positioning and identity, fostering growth, and forming strategic partnerships that align with our vision and objectives. You will collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touch points and lead the ideation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.

Role Responsibilities

• Build and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with business goals, drive significant growth, and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Drive growth and partnerships that align with our vision and objectives, enhancing brand awareness and visibility.
• Ideate and coordinate content strategies that elevate brand engagement across various channels.
• Manage the brand marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve commercial revenue targets, and build systems and reporting mechanisms to analyze performance metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with external agencies, including Social and PR, to plan and execute successful product launches.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of content creators and social media coordinators, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Guide the team through BAU and campaign execution.
• Oversee the marketing department and identify gaps for growth and recruitment to ensure a high performing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to enhance brand credibility and drive business growth.
• Continuously refine and innovate marketing approaches based on consumer insights and market opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies, Communication, Marketing or a related field
• Working Rights in Australia
• 6+ years of brand marketing experience, focusing on international expansion.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive substantial business growth.
• Experience in the health, beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically, conceptualize new ideas, initiate change, and react to fast-paced environments.
