HR Manager

Summary:

The Clinical Coordinator & HR Manager is responsible for managing human resources in the healthcare industry, ensuring compliance with employment laws, implementing policies and procedures, managing employee benefits programs, and employee training and development. This is a 6 month maternity leave cover role and is only a temporary position. It will be approximately 5-10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with senior management to develop HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for MET Phys staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies and practices to ensure legal compliance and the highest standards of employee relations.
• Manage employee benefits programs and work with senior management to design and implement new programs.
• Provide HR guidance to managers on employee relations issues.
• Develop and provide training and development programs for MET Phys team.
• Manage the HR budget and provide regular reporting on departmental expenses and headcount.
• Ensure that HR policies and practices are followed by all staff.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to HR staff to support their professional growth and development.
• Focus meetings and reviews scheduled for admin team
