ABOUT THE ROLE

As a L&D Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of our Retail and Wholesale teams. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training sessions, providing in-field coaching, and supporting the rollout of new products and tools. Your efforts will ensure our teams deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve their sales targets.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Deliver training sessions and in-field coaching that embody L'Occitane's values and inspire teams
  • Continuously improve training techniques to ensure engagement and align learning content with business goals and key marketing messages
  • Organise all training logistics, including flights and accommodations, while adhering to budget constraints
  • Build high-performing teams through training programs focused on strong selling skills and exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide ongoing, effective feedback to team members and managers following training and coaching sessions
  • Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and report weekly on relevant projects
  • Identify training gaps and suggest improvements to training materials

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3 years of coaching experience in a retail environment.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proven retail sales ability (experience in the beauty and/or fragrance industry is a plus).
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Professional handling of confidential issues.
