What We’re Looking For:

We need a Marketing Manager who’s not just experienced, but extraordinary. Someone with 15+ years in the marketing world and at least 7+ years leading successful teams. You’ll be the driving force behind our brand, leading a talented team of 6 creative geniuses, including Graphic Designers and Marketing Coordinators.

Your Role:

  • Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies that put Navarra Venues on the map.
  • Team Leader: Inspire, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of 6, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Brand Ambassador: Ensure our brand’s voice is consistent and compelling across all platforms.
  • Event Enthusiast: Use your hospitality and events expertise to craft campaigns that resonate with our clients.
  • Data-Driven: Analyse market trends and campaign performance to continually refine our approach.
  • Creative Genius: Oversee the creation of stunning visual content that captures the essence of our venues.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 15+ years in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership: 7+ years in a leadership role, with experience managing a team.
  • Hospitality & Events Expertise: A deep understanding of the industry and what it takes to stand out.
  • Creativity: An eye for design and a knack for innovative marketing solutions.
  • Communication: Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Results-Oriented: A strategic thinker who’s also hands-on and focused on achieving outstanding results.
