Established Civil Contractor require an experienced project manager to run multiple civil excavation projects Contact Ken Coleman

This company is offering a senior role within a successful civil contractor that is established in Sydney. The company is renowned for its track record of delivering high-quality projects and exceeding client expectations. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management from inception to completion. Your duties will include:

• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Managing employees, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Leading a team of skilled professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.

• Competitive salary: $160,000 - $180,000 base, super and vehicle

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the civil construction industry, with a focus on detailed and bulk excavation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• 7 plus years with demonstrable experience on deep excavation projects with a local contractor
• Strong relationships and reputation across the industry
• Excellent management skills and reputation with clients
• Local experience in the NSW market is essential.
