Offering D&C and Construct Only solutions to blue-chip clients, they continue to forge a strong reputation for service delivery and quality.    With the recent award of several projects by one of their clients, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated civil Project Manager with a strong delivery record in significant civil construction works in the WA resources sector. About the Opportunity
With recent project awards driving company growth, we are seeking expressions of interest from an experienced and commercially astute Project Manager with previous experience working on a FIFO roster, and specific experience in civil works, in situ concrete, bulk earthworks, and/ or water infrastructure experience. Other skills and attributes required in this role include;

• Engineering Qualified (Civil/ Structural etc)
• Minimum of 15 years of civil construction experience in a contracting environment
• You will have a minimum of 4 years in a project manager position demonstrating a successful delivery record.
• MUST have experience across significant civil/ concrete works in the mining sector.
• Sound project scheduling, cost control, and reporting capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop rapport with internal and stakeholders
• You MUST be a resident of Perth, or willing to relocate to Perth immediately upon acceptance of an offer.

Salary:
The salary range for this position is $200k - $220k + Super + Healthy Uplift giving you a total package in the high $200,000's. NOTE: Our client has indicated they are also interested in aspiring and emerging PM's who are currently at SPE/ Package Manager level and keen to take the next step in their career.The Benefits
