Event Coordinator

Are you keen to make a start on your Events career? We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team, based in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the role.

This role provides project coordination and administration support for our National event team, helping to deliver an amazing experience for our clients, on projects and within the KOJO team, to achieve goals and objectives.

The role will work on a range of clients and event programs, where multitasking, time management and attention to detail will be critical to success. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently under direction and as an important member of the national team.

Working within KOJO’s event production processes, this role will establish and maintain excellent communication and relationships with our client contacts, KOJO stakeholders and external suppliers.

Part of this role may require activities which will fall outside of traditional working hours eg. attending shoots, events, and recces.

About you.

You might be newly graduated from an Event Management (or related) course, or looking to get some hands-on experience in Events. As this is an entry level position, we don’t expect you to come with years of experience in Events, but any work experience you have that’s customer-facing, fast-paced, and requires you to think on your feet will stand you in good stead for this role.

From pre-production to onsite delivery, through to reconciliation and wrap up, the Event Coordinator will proactively find opportunities to actively support the team and our clients.
