Description

• Oversee and manage statutory reporting, year-end processes, tax matters, and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance.
• Lead the audit compliance process, ensuring timely completion, and develop board packs for presenting financial reports to the executive team.
• Manage financial risks, ensure adherence to comprehensive accounting standards, and complete month-end and monthly management processes.
• Supervise cash-flow management, budgeting processes, and address financial queries while providing guidance to the business.
• Ensure business compliance, verify adherence to standards, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish new processes and reporting practices.

Profile

• CA/CPA qualified and Big 4/Top 10 trained.
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience.
