Responsibilities
• Develop, embed, and oversee risk frameworks with a focus on operational and technology risk. • Contribute to board and management risk reporting, including building risk metrics. • Develop and execute control assurance plans, including testing key controls. • Support business continuity and contingency planning. • Oversee technology projects and change management initiatives. • Provide risk advice, training, and support to business units. • Drive the development of risk culture and engagement across the business.
Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, information security, or relevant discipline. • Strong technology risk experience, preferably in financial services sector. • Understanding of regulatory framework in banking sector. • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player with strong commercial acumen. • Strong writing and presentation skills. • Self-starter with attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
