Location: ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA Security Clearance: Must have Baseline
The Robotics Process Automation (RPA) project stream being delivered by the Data and Economic Analysis Centre (DEAC) in the department, aims to achieve the following objective:
- To deliver RPA solutions, which automate highly manual departmental processes.
You will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
You will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.
You will also be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
Essential criteria
1. Highly experienced in designing and building workflow for automation solutions, adhering to industry development best practice such as participation in design sessions and code reviews
2. Data integration skills and in particular highly skilled in the use of data extraction and storage queries from and to relational databases such as SQL queries.
3. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to lead or assist with debugging and testing phases.
4. Proficient knowledge and experience in the development of automation solutions which may require integration with multiple systems.
5. Proven experience developing automation solutions using the UiPath platform and the broader UiPath Business Automation Platform including document understanding.
6. Experience in Agile software development and Proof of Technology projects
Desirable criteria
1. UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification or equivalent; or the ability to quickly transfer RPA development skills to deliver automation solutions on UiPath.
2. At least 2-3 years proven RPA development experience using UiPath platform.
3. Excellent analytical abilities to be able to identify modifications to current organisational processes to ensure the process design may fully benefit from automation.
