Come work with us Join the dynamic eMR team, playing a critical role in delivering ongoing application support and service improvements to stakeholders across NSW Health. Reporting into the Manager of eMR development in Clinical Applications Services you will be part of the team delivering the mission critical systems for Electronic Medical records. The Senior Software Developer assumes technical responsibility for the development and maintenance of Electronic Medical records in the State Baseline Build and support across NSW Health Local Health Districts. This program supports the organisation's business intentions, services, processes and information needs. This development takes place in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation. As an integral member of the Clinical Applications Services , you will:
  • Provide functional, technical and application support to varying stakeholders.
  • Design, lead, and facilitate workshops to clarify business issues and develop solutions for business needs.
  • Design and document solutions, addressing business requirements and improvement to systems.
  • Build and maintain a complex large-scale application configuration including, testing, developing, documenting, and supporting.
  • Resolve complex incidents in a timely manner as specified within service level agreements.
  • Perform critical incident management collaboratively with support team staff and other relevant stakeholders.
