Solution Architect

Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Solution Architect to deliver a range of generative AI and Automation projects across the enterprise. Your new role will see you developing architecture for scalable and secure AI and Automation solutions to be delivered across the business. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams and ensure best practice is adhered to at every step of the delivery process. Ideally you would have prior exposure working on the Google Cloud Platform and hands on experience delivering solutions across generative AI within a customer service or call centre environment. Skills And Experience

• Experience in Agile & SAFe software development methodologies
• Prior experience with Multi-Channel and/or mobile application architecture
• Experience in Google Cloud Platform, Conversational AI, Genesys Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud highly desirable
• A detailed understanding of digital, mobile and web architectures and how they apply to core systems
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills
