At AQ, we focus on strengths-focused, evidence-based approaches to support our clients. Our Speech Pathologists work in multi-disciplinary teams across the business in various settings, from individuals and groups to other organisations and businesses. From Graduates to Senior levels, as a Speech Pathologist with AQ, you’ll develop and deliver strategies and programs to support the development of communication and social interaction skills of autistic people of all ages in various settings.
Building a strong foundation of collaboration in relationships is key to ensuring participation in goal setting, planning, decision making and positively providing information where needed for parents, families and other professionals. This role will also include an element of reporting, including preparing and maintaining assessment, observation, meeting, service data and progress records as required.
