Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Programming Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of designing, enhancement of innovative digital software developments, and build web applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and enhancement of innovative digital projects throughout the software development life cycle.
2. Analyze project requirements, define scope, and provide strategic advice to stakeholders.
3. Design technical solutions, develop implementation plans, and document project management strategies.
4. Lead project development, deploy server systems, improve security, and monitor progress against objectives and budgets.
5. Ensure developed solutions meet technical standards through analytical support, testing, and quality assurance.
6. Provide ongoing support, maintain documentation, and recommend business process improvements.

Preferred Qualification

Postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience.

1. Expertise in leading complex web application design and development.
2. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, Linux administration, Ansible, and Git.
3. Ability in requirement gathering, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and testing skills.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
