Warehouse Storeperson

We are looking for a Warehouse Storeperson to join the team on permanent full time basis. You may be required to assist in the showroom at times, experience in retail sales is advantageous. And must be available to work Saturdays. Training in our Summer Hill & Brookvale store until our Castle Hill store opens in July!

The Opportunity:

• Picking and loading deliveries and pickups for customers
• Delivering orders to customers
• Receiving and unloading stock deliveries from suppliers
• Data entry, invoicing and receipt of stock
• Maintaining accurate stock records and data entry
• Cycle counts and stock takes
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
• Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection

Skills & Experience

• Forklift License advantageous
• Driver's License required
• Experience in retail sales
• Full working rights
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Proficiency in English
• Understanding of warehouse procedures, paperwork and computer programs
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
