Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are looking for four full time Commercial Cleaners to cover the below shift times at our Brisbane site(s) in Queensland.Monday to Friday; 06:00-14:00This position is suitable for an active individual who can prioritise their time efficiently and consistently provide a high-quality cleaning service.$$$ Sign-on Bonus $$$ - New applicants - $250 if already have required clearance or when clearance is approved, further $250 once in role for 6 months.PLEASE NOTE - MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES - MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN - IDEALLY HAS BASELINE & NV1/AGSVA/ESC CLEARANCE TO WORK IN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ENVIRONMENTSDuties include:Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming, Dusting, Spill Clean Up, Stock Collection, Rubbish Collection.Undertaking daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and other duties as required.Maintaining cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements.Strong focus on safety and ensuring compliance with WH&S policies and the job training will be provided, however previous cleaning experience is required.Please be advised that this particular site requires someone who is able to maintain a high level of physical movement across the day, high number of steps per day, large amounts of lifting/carrying.Requirements:Right to work in Australia - unlimited - Ideally Australian Citizen as required to work on government sites.Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.Valid Police check or willingness to obtain one.SmartphoneYou will have a strong work ethic, high standards and a professional attitude with an excellent eye for detail.Positive attitude towards safety and workplace well-beingAbility to prioritise tasksVivid Property Services is an equal opportunities employer, valuing the contributions made by all people and welcomes applications from people with disability, Aboriginal Australians, people of all ages and from culturally diverse backgrounds.
