About the role:We are seeking Domestic Assistance/Cleaner on a permanent part-time or casual basis. You will be required to provide assistance to elderly clients living at home, through the promotion of independence and choice. Duties will include but are not limited to:Cleaning furniture, bathrooms toilets & floorsCompleting household shoppingWashing, folding and ironing personal laundry and linen, as requiredHelping feed pets, as requiredDispose of household waste, as requiredEnsure infection control practices are adhered toDelivering domestic assistance services with professionalism and care, within the time allocated About you:A successful candidate will maintain compliance with standards and adhere to organisational policies and procedures whilst promoting the core values of Anglicare Sydney.To be considered for this role, you will have: Experience providing domestic support services, including general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, laundry and pet care (desirable)Ability to work as part of a team, and also independentlyMust have a valid AU Drivers LicenceMust have their reliable vehicle to transport between customer locationsVaccination against Covid and Flu (desirable)Basic computer and smartphone working knowledge
