About you:

Key Skills: 

• Great interpersonal skills with experience able to work with people of all races, genders and ages. 
• Outstanding writing skills and a passionate writer. We want to see your work so send it. 
• You live and breathe social media (Instagram in particular). We’re not talking about just curating content, but understanding what drives likes and engagement and building out a unique style that all you. 

Whilst your day may vary you're primary responsibility is to own delivery of various marketing initatives. To summarise a few you'll be in charge of: 

 

Admin

• Assist with local onboarding / offboarding processes to provide a positive employee experience, including logistics coordination, office introduction, etc.
• Support and facilitate business-related events (e.g. meetings and team building). 
• EHS support to ensure employee safety including Covid-19, Travel, Natural disasters etc.
• Support the local team with purchase orders, and work with our HR, finance and procurement teams to get any office supplies ready.

Marketing 

• Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in creating content for promotional activities (e.g. social media, email, in-app notifications).
• Support marketing campaigns to contribute directly to DiDi’s growth. 
• Help communicate and coordinate with external vendors (e.g. organising meetings and sending emails).

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (business administration, marketing or related field). 
• Must be self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take on challenges.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Experience with content creation is a plus, even if not professionally (e.g. can create social posts through TikTok, Instagram etc).

• Keen attention to detail, highly organised, and ability to multitask.
• Takes initiative and can work proactively.  
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
