Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
  
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  
• Physically fit and happy to perform hands -on work
  
• A genuine interest in plants, gardens, and the outdoor environment
  
• White Card
  
• Driver's licence and own transport highly regarded
  
• Previous gardening, landscaping, labouring, farming, nursery, or outdoor work experience is advantageous but not essential
