Are you ready to help shape the future? We're looking for Graduates interested in innovation, sustainability and problem solving to join our Team in Melbourne

With offices across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll have the opportunity to work locally while being connected to global expertise and projects. Our two-year Graduate Program is dedicated to nurturing the early stages of your consulting career.

Qualifications

What do we need from you

  • Recent graduate or graduating before Feb 2027 of a tertiary degree in Civil Environmental Engineering
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia

About you:

  • You’re motivated to learn and grow in your career
  • You enjoy thinking innovatively and solving problems
  • You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally
  • You build strong connections with others and enjoy working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • GIS experience is highly regarded (it’s basically like a superpower in environmental consulting)
  • You may have completed a vacation placement or internship, ideally in a consulting environment
  • You might have gained teamwork experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles
